Decent Video Call phone for <10k

Hi,

I am in search for a decent phone for home... That qualifies for
-- 3g for video call
-- A decent Camera
-- No touchscreen plz... its for my parents.

Some options i browsed through :
1) Nokia 6730.... quite simple with enough features but nowhere to be found here in India.
2) Nokia C5... Not released yet..
