Budget 3.5k shipped to 734001.

Also, in lookout for any other liquid/air coolers within 4k.
Should be easy to install with little to no extra wiring hassle for useless RGB.
 
PSA - It's for a 5800x, I don't care for looks, so an ugly cooler is also fine with me as long as performance is great and installation is a breeze.

Getting some offers for 120mm AIOs which are hardly any better than my current AK400.
