Those who grab lands and even kill them should not roam freely. What you are suggesting is instead of losing life give your land to the judge? Thats the best way of keeping your life? In the end you will know the Judge split that land and money with the very same entity you were trying to escape from, just so you can get to live!
If we dont have immediate solution or remedy to these serious issues doesnt mean we should accept them to be normal. Please be a better part of society.
