Delhivery does not come for pick up to my location and the store isn't there in said location in the app. What to do now?

Hello all,

Delhivery does not come for pick up to my location and the store isn't there in said location in the app. What to do now?

The Retail Store is not even in Chengalpattu Dist. but I used to get deliveries from Delhivery when I used to buy from Azio website.

When ever I call their IVR Helpline it dials the number but says wrong number and cuts the call. When I try to cancel it says its not possible for this package even if it has option to cancel.
 
I'm not sure about the physical store but delhivery people aren't punctual at all. I have booked a courier through them twice and the first time they came after three days and the second time when they failed to come on the first day i cancelled the booking and they charged me 300 bucks or so.

It could be that DTDC is better but I'm sure

I don't have DTDC near me while when I was in Hyderabad I only used to send via DTDC which is very punctual. I have a local courier service which forwards the parcel to known couriers in Chengalpattu.
Will wait then for few more days. When ever my wife used to order shoes from Ajio Delhivery used to deliver them and when she requests a return they used to come for pickup as well. So I hope they will come but might be late. So fingers crossed.

While trying to cancel using its app as specified in the website it's saying it cannot cancel.
When I looked up in Google about Delhivery store in Tikurulakundram or Chengalpattu it says none there but only in chennai but while using the app it says it has store in Tirukukundram.
Is Google wrong or app deceived me?
I already paid Rs.400. Now cannot cancel it.
What to do now?
If I go to any local courier they will or might ask for another Rs.400-500.
I don't know what to do now.

They typically delay pickups a few times. I'd suggest waiting, and eventually they will show up, most likely tomorrow, since it's a weekday. Unless of course you need to ship urgently.

Oddly enough, all delays reported by courier (I've experienced this with a few different ones) are typically always the customer's fault. So don't be surprised if you see something like "customer not available" as the reason for delay
 
Delhivery (and most couriers) are absolute ass for booking pickups. Made a complaint via Customer care when my pickup got cancelled twice because I was not "home". I then got a call from the branch near my house. The branch manager or supervisor handed the phone over to the courier boy who was supposed to pickup the parcel. Crazy boy had the balls to tell me he came to my door and I wasn't there (TWICE). My house isn't even an apartment, the room in my window leads directly outside to the verenda where I can see and hear anyone coming to my door. I have never shouted at someone with such aggression in my life until this happened lmao. Deliveries though they do well, honestly though the labour turnover rates for delivery boys is too much, even after a 100 complaints, a courier company will likely keep a delivery person if it means he's able to make 900 successful deliveries.
 
Delhivery, as I checked with their delivery guy (FK order delivery person), they do not serve to individuals, but via contract to big suppliers/sellers only.
