Specs:
1) RAM : 8GB+
2) Processor: 4th generation i7
3) HDD: 750GB+
4) Graphics card: 2GB
5) OS: Windows 8.1
Range : 50 - 80 K
I need suggestion's for dell.
which one is better XPS or Precision?

You will need to upgrade your budget SUBSTANTIALLY to get even within spitting range of a Precision. And any specific reason you looking at a Precision ?
Doubt if an XPS will fit in there too, Try the Inspiron series.

You made no mention of the Display.
