Yeah I guess thats the only option now :(
BTW when people here quote their prices is it the all inclusive price or just the cost without octroi etc.?

Depends on what you mean by 'ppl here'

Most dealers give you a price INCLUDING Taxes + Octroi extra. Reason being octroi applies only to some cities and that too can vary city to city + you need to pay that to the courier guys directly if you order stuff from outside.

Normally all inclusive will be mentioned somewhere.
