Some what I start believing that Dell products quality are ok/equal to other good brands, no doubt DELL is No.1 in After Sales Service but when you have No.1 Quality Product why need after sales service?

Before going far lets see what airtel and other hd players does the same here.

On our normal tv they show 2 difference one with normal tv which is totally blurry and other with hd a crisp clear image.But they forgetting that we own a normal old tv and still an see both hd and blurry image on that same old tv so whom are they fooling showing a crisp hd image on normal tv.

A lot of what Airtel says is of the quality that would come from an unpaid intern and not a high paid MBA
