Laptops Dell prob sent wrong ram...Urgent help needed-

Hey guys got my vostro 1400n on 18 oct..
today i was checking the lappy by cpuz jus to see if every thing was right n whaoa my ram's listed speed is 333mhz max n its running @ abt 328 329mhz...( refer attachments)
Now on dell site in my system configuration while ordering it had 1gb(512*2)@667mhz..
So i think i hav been cheated outta mistake or deliberately i don care...
wat shud i do now...
i havent called up customer care yet wat shud i do..
do i ask dem to replace dem..
r they @ fault??isnt this cheating ..i mean 667 mhz ram shud show up as 667 right..? n i am checkin in high preformance profile of vista.
wat can i get as compensation???
N how shud i deal wid dem???

how many slots r ther in a laptop? my desktop pc supports 2 pairs of dual channel rams (four slots).... is it possible to do tht in a laptop????

I have never heard of any having more then 2, maybe the new spate of extreme high end have more.
