Dell Studio 15 | No Backlit Keyboard!!

Rounded edges, aluminum and magnesium body, side heat vents, matte surface and the hinge forward design...i think i'm the only one here who's in complete awe of the design!
Plus we finally have decent switchable graphics, and other regular custom options that makes Dell so VFM and now all that in a very portable 2.2kgs (14in)..

Of course it (XPS 14) still doesn't match up to supremo Envy 14, but that's a lost cause here in india... :(
 
talked to a dell executive today and she said that the new xps 15 will be here by November 3rd, and the studios may be discontinued..

also, according to her, the xps 15 will be starting at around 47k..
 
xps series will surely be unveiled today as right now, there is a page showing the xps on dell.co.in, but haven't been uploaded fully.. in a couple of hours, for sure.. :clap:

i just pray their prices start in 40-45k range..

well finally, they have unveiled the new XPS 15, good config and the base model is priced at 50k, just one negative point with this and that is.. they could have put gt435m and backlit keyboard as standard if they are gonna price it at 50k price point..

I have a Dell Studio 1555 laptop with non-backlit keyboard US.

I need a backlit keyboard. I could not find one with same P/N as the image.

Will this work instead?
