Not really. CC billing wont matter that much i guess. tell him to put ur name at whereever the owner etc is to be registered.

Warranty: make sure watever you buy has on-site warranty. That can be transferred internationally.

Only problem is if you have a 'Mail-in to depot' or 'carry-in' warranty. those are valid in US ONLY.
