Yeah dude..

They are upgrading my battery to 9 cell for free, just to see if the issue gets resolved or not.

If it gets resolved fine, else a new laptop as replacement

This is what happens when the Senior Management gets to know the real truth of a runaround that u were getting . I will be more happy if u get a replacement computer.
 
Got the 9 Cell Battery today..

Same problem.. .Brightness kept losing soon..

Called Mr. Ivan.. He has said me to backup the HDD..

THE LAPTOP IS GOING TO BE REPLACED!!!

Hope no issues will crop up.. Praying that it will be a L502x and not L501x..

I will do a comparison between L501x and L502x

The i5 2430M is comparable to 460M so, I took lite of clock speed and went ahead to accept it(I need Laptop ASAP :( )

It should come to me by this month end, Will do a review either then, or late next month
 
At Last got My replacement.!!!!

The New Laptop has is as good as a new one Bought from Store..

Warranty till Oct 2012, Mcafee new subscription till Jan 2013 :D

Pros:

The New i5 2430M is Much faster than 460M

The new keyboard is great to type, but after getting used to old keyboard

Yet to test gaming on this..

But all problems resolved..

USB 3.0 transfer rates are around 70-90MBps..

Cons:

The fan Sound that is audible always...

The new 720p LED is worser

Keyboard looks fugly
