Can you download CPU-Z, GPU-Z instead of speccy so we can see what exact CPU and GPU model is this? Same for RAM.
For condition of hard drives/SSD use CrystalDiskInfo, although this also seems ok.

Also actual item pics are missing your name/timestamp note.
