I can stall Resistance: FOM for sometime, if all of us decide to play Demon's Souls in the next 2 days. I'm not that far into the game, so I can always restart it. I'm pretty sure this game will stretch indefinitely, so I need to know who all are in.

^Shall we wait for xXx? Pretty please. He is almost about to conclude Brotherhood and then he'd exchange the game with my friend in AUH for DS. In the meantime, I can complete some more missions in Red Dead and can load this game and a couple of others into the hard drive by then.
Next weekend sounds just about perfect. :ashamed:

Yeah. I guess that would work too. I can complete Resistance during this week and then we'll be at ease. Make sure we don't start off with any new game in between this one. Once we dive into it, there is no turning back, unless we chicken out in the middle (or even the start). I have no idea what to expect from it. The tutorial portion was relentless, but I'm sure once we get used to dying enough, we'll learn the tricks of this game. I'm reading up for some tips on IGN and hope I get some insight on what we are getting ourselves into.

Sorry for delaying it, but Due to unavoidable circumstances I couldn't finish the ACB, as I am targeting 100% memory synch in all sequences and trust me on that, I am not wasting time in doing that, its happening in 1st attempt. Have completed Christina's Missions, Copernicus Missions & Assassin's Guild Mission. Except for Romulus Lair missions & Leonardo's War Machines, I have 100% in all Memories. AFAIK this game has 9 sequences and I have completed 3 memories in Sequence 6. So it wont be far, but If you all want, I can trade in the game with Gannu's Friend and I can complete ACB later

Do you really want to get this 100% sync thing? If yes, then go for it. I was asking mainly because we all are ready with our copies and we could start it together. But I think Gannu has a good suggestion, unless you can hold off completing ACB later on. So no force, do what you have to and then return in this thread with your "Game Face" ON and with the game (which goes without saying).

See, We could set a date...next weekend sounds good for me....Till then I may have almost completed this ACB storyline with 100% sync
Its actually easy to do a 100% sync in the storyline atleast, I dunno why it was troublesome for you all

Next week is fine by me too. Just make sure you are ready with the stuff.
As for the 100% sync, we'll I didn't find it particularly difficult, but it does take multiple tries to figure out how to approach the mission. It's easily doable, but time consuming activity at the same time. Besides, I never aim for 100% completion, EVER!

Attention alll demon's souls newbie:- This game is way over the head. Tutorial level is pfft with infinite health, after a little strolling and huge uber gigantic sucker comes and kills you with one blow, bam!, you are dead. Now you are in nexus, some after life place, tells you that you can buy back your living body with demon souls(the thing you get from slaying demons). So you are a phantom now, you need to touch some touchstone and you are teleported to some place where you need to slay and collect demon's souls. Now if you die , you start all over from the beginning of the touchstone level and loose all your souls you've collected. But you can go back to the place of your death and get back your lost demon's souls. I tried this level 10 times, each time reached a place a little far from the other, only to know that a huge uber gigantic dragon comes around and burns you to death. i'm sure there is a way to escape this. Now since i've spend over 2 hrs retrying, i had no time left to play. This shows how much time a level is gonna take you, let alone the entire game. Now if you have less hack-n-slash experience you might as well give up now as you need to perfect your blocks and dodges to survive. Kz2 had autosave at every checkpoint. You are not going to find it here, at least die and respawn wise. You respawn at the start!
EDIT: saw that 1hr rush. Didn't check out the vids as i'm downloading now. "Dodge and roll past foes" sounds like a plan.
