Hello DT Fan,
Many of you maybe wondering why we have downtime on a Sunday June 29th. A recent event took place where our own System admin & Releaser "MikeKhan" Decided to destroy DT.
He took down DT and locked out the DT server and removed me and MSD from gaining any kind of access on DT. He didn't pick up any of our phone calls, simply a childish act from him. We never expected such a thing from Mike. But anyhow it happened. Its a shame of what he did. Very childish. Everything he did was just for some argument and he didn't even bother to talk things out instead he turned off DT server and locked us out.
Luckly I had backup of my own from last week on a separate server because i lost trust in him when he started to tell i'll ban admins or shut down dt, He didn't know that, He'll be disappointed and surprised that we got the site back really fast.
So MikeKhan is officially Removed from DT's Team. He'll no longer have any kind of access to Internal DT's stuff, but he's welcome to Release his Rips.
We're on a new server right now. Thank god i had backups and a server which gave us a chance for fast recovery.
Do note that due to these exceptional circumstances few things on site many not be working as they should be (example: avatars, sig images..), if you encounter any other bugs do notify the staff members asap. Because we're forced to use an older backup, all the threads made after this backup, all the releases, all the stats, all the donation stats will be missing from the site (don't worry, we've received your donation safely and it will be used to pay for our new server and other costs).
Sorry for any inconvenience, we know that you must be frustrated..I know that I would be, but at least now you know where to direct your frustration to.
