Some other questions/consideration:
  1. What are your thoughts about the case? I'll add an exhaust fan to it, but other than that not planning to make any changes. Can the AIO be mounted at the top?
  2. Is the PSU good?
  3. I'm looking for a system that's small, efficient, and runs cool. It'll be used in a room that has no AC with ambient temps of around 30C.
  4. Would prefer a GPU that supports ray tracing.
