After all your valuable inputs and my little research, I came up with the following components. Request you to rate it and if required make more suggestions to it. Also if anyone can quote the price I'll more be more happy.

1. Processor (Intel Pentium G2020, 2.9GHz)
2. MB (Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H)
3. HDD (Western Digital WD Blue 1TB, 7200 rpm, 16MB cache, 6 GB/s)
4. RAM (Corsair XMS3 DDR3 4 GB PC RAM - CMX4GX3M1A1600C11)
5. Optical Drive (Asus Boxed 24B5ST DVD-RW)
6. Cabinet (Intex ATX - Going local here)
7. PSU (Crosair VS350)
8. KB/Mouse (Logitec basic KB and optical mouse combo)
9. Monitor (20" Dell 2030M LED monitor)

@terence_fdes : Thank you for your input and I appreciate your concern for a good case and psu. Off course these are the vital components. But frankly speaking I have another desktop PC bought in 2005 from NP, Delhi with local case and psu and till date my PC is working fine w/o any problem for a day. Having said that, I'm not saying nothing wrong in cheap components but sometimes they work too. Cheers.
 
Mate local cabinet should do, most of us using for decades. One just needs to choose a good not so shiny BLACK piece, Also no need for extra fans etc if there is no heavy config and cabinet is big enough. My local forntech(Bijili model, quite common) has 2 extra fans on side and has been working fine since 6 years. But always recommend a Good SMPS(you can actually read/search about it online).

As for 350W, it does not give any room for upgrade later on, if you choose to; its a safe bet to at least get a 430W/450W PSU.
The choice of using a generic PSU or the ones suggested by Terrence is upto you, cos your spending your money and only suggestions can be given, what the final outcome might come is yours!
