Device output HDMI, TV Input RCA, how to make it work ?

I use a old CRT tv which does not have HDMI facility but has the Red, Yellow and White ports which I use with my D2H box. I guess it is called RCA IIRC. Now say I have a device like apple tv (I don't have one) which outputs only HDMI signals but I intend to use it with my CRT tv, then what should I buy to make this arrangement work ?
I searched eBay for HDMI to RCA cable but I am pretty sure only cable won't do the job. Because apple tv will send digital HDMI signals while my tv will accept only analog signals so some sort of conversion unit has to be there in between.

Any suggestions appreciated.

I have finally ordered an HDMI to RCA converter via aliexpress which should arrive in 15-60 days as per china mail shipping times. Cost me 1k. Ill keep this thread updated with my experience.

I have currently dropped plan to get anything like that since I have got rid of the CRT TV. And if and when I need to buy a new tv there is no way I am going for CRT.
