No difference, the 334 does look better. The surest way to waste 2.5k is to purchase a new CM Elite 33x then upgrade stock leaf blower fans, 3.5k damage, IMHO settle on Zebby Bijli / CM Elite 310 (best bang for buck) or slightly increase budget and buy Antec 300 (bottom mounted psu, more fan slots, better layout).
You can also check Circle 814 it comes for Rs. 1400-1500 without PSU.
Circle 814 better in terms of build quality of CM 310 and Zebronics Bijli. No sharp edges as found in Zebronics Bijli.
Cheaper than CM310 but costlier than Zebronics Bijli
Remember Circle 814 as well as CM 310 are not tool free. 330 and 334 are tool free.
Circle 814 has 120 mm and 80 MM Fan. I personally saw Circle 814 and like it but not the color combination Silver/Black.
I advise you to check all the cabinet before buying.

U must be saying CM 310 and 334(310 is new with side transparent for 2k)...
