Digit claims India's fastest PC

Well anyone whos got the magazine can check it out, although I highly doubt that it will be anything faster than what Udit, Shripad, amit_talkin, etc. have got.

Unless the Digit team somehow got their hands on an EVGA SR2 + 2x Xeons + 4x GTX580s.
 
that's the worlds fastest home pc not India's fastest :P

it's a rich firm so spending 400-500k is no biggie ;)

Unless its a sr-2 with 2x xeon 5680's at some 4.5ghz .. i think this wont hold that record for long :P

i was interrupted from my very important session of eating nutella by a "Birdie" from around here guiding me to this thread

we struck up a conversation on the topic and the "birdie" accidentally leaked some very very exciting news to me

i was told some of the existance of a secret project with so much raw brute power that any more of it and it would be flagged by the NSA as a world domination device

exact specs cannot be revealed at this time, however i can say with certainty that it will combine the best from some of the best computer suppliers in the world including e**a, i*t*l & n**d*a to name a few

even by revealing such details i know i am causing a certain storm of speculation, but a certain "NDA" forbids me to reveal much more

lastly i conclude by saying that the beast will be up and working towards world domination in say round about 6 weeks give or take and i will be the evil Hench men *evil laugh**evil laugh**evil laugh*

I have :

1x 240GB, 1x 1TB & 4x 2TB inside the PC

1x 640GB, 1x 1TB & 4x 2TB used externally via a BYTECC T-200U3 USB 3.0 HDD dock as backup for the ones inside the PC

that's 18.88TB :)
 
^^ I also don't think so.. !! it is just a shout to the common and nubile home users and wannna be techies to boast about the feet and nothing else..

I mean, who reads digit amongst us? it is so lame !!! among power users..

:O 18.8TB......and my friends say that i am insane having 4TB of HDD space...........

It certainly has the potential to claim the fastest even on Air though IF Overclocked, hehehehe, EVGA SR-2, 2 x Intel Westmeres @ say 4.4Ghz, 4 x Nvidia GTX 580, and a couple of Crucial SSD's in Raid. Real porn for even the hardcore power users, :)

Possible. But the picture on the cover is a HAF X which wouldn't be able to fit the SR2.
