The leaked set of keys are actually from the AMD4U Dirt3 Promo site. So obviously all the keys which we have got from AMD will be there!

Firstly, I don't think Valve will ban anyone yet, as then it is going to be difficult for all the genuine users who received the code. But if it comes to that, guess will have to send the mail to Valve!

Just pick your game, add'em to your cart, and checkout with a credit card or virtual credit card. As simple as that.
