Hi,

looking for a cheap mobo+proc+ram and budget is around 4K.

Already have an offer for an old P4 with mobo and 2GB ram for 3.5k

Outdated hardware is ok should be suitable for NAS functions
 
i have an old laptop i5- 2nd gen-4gb ram willing to let it go for 4k. its in working condition but overheats and shuts off in 30 mins or so. display is damaged and you ll need a new charger. but i think it can work great connected to a display if you get the thermal place replaced and its insides cleaned. let me know
