Dirt cheap phone <2k

I am looking for a dirt cheap phone model which has good battery back up, good audibility, dual sim not a criteria at all and which is rugged in design.
Please help me out. ( I dont like the C1 that I have with me, I cant hear anything with a little disturbance in the surrounding )

I have recently bought Micromax X274. Good phone, with big screen, battery lasts 4 days with 1 hr mp3 player daily, beautiful looks & costs just Rs.1400. - points are: no dedicated keys for music, no 3.5 mm jack, cannot use GPRS from phone to PC.
