Disc Read Error in PS2....

hi guys

i'm facing Disc read error in my PS2 slim.

i can play a disk and if after some time or next day same disk will show error that
"please insert Ps2 formatted disk"

and this same disk will work after 2 days :huh:

this is problem in my every Titles not any perticular.

so what could be the problem
problem in ps2??
is that problem in ps2 lense??

is there any way to fix it up?
 
It happens when the lens is screwed. I know of one place which will fix it. I think the charge will be 1-1.5k. I don't remember exactly. Call them and findout if you are in Mumbai.

some amount of cleaning may also do to remove dust,moisture,etc above the lens and yea do get it repaired from a reliable source sometimes the suckers ask for lens replacement even if its some dust accumulated above the lens.
 
any source to get it done around pune????

i have do it asap bcoz i have only 20 days to play then i have t ostart reading for my excam :(
