CPU/Mobo display problem

When I switch on the pc, it starts but there is no display on the monitor. The cpu is running perfectly fine. Also tried on two monitors. The motherboard is abit ip35e and the graphics card is evga 9600gt. This problem started occuring from yesterday. Could it be some issue with the graphics card or is it the motherboard? Well this board doesnt have onboard graphics and I donot have another graphics card to connect and find out what exactly is wrong. Waiting for your suggestion guys..
 
Just remove the graphic card, insert it well and start. check it. and come back. Also try the same with RAM also. and come back

Are you able to access the bios?
