Dns help

Hi guys.iam new to this forum
I have a question for all tech guru's
Right now iam using bsnl broadband 750 ul plan, So during downloading the speed is ok
but when i browse the speed is horrible even google.com take a minute to open

so after searching a while on the net came to know about the OPENDNS.COM
so signed up for free user and entered dns they provided in LAN properties

My Question is ?
1.will i get any problem from the Bsnl side . for using third party dns.. i mean extra amount in billing
2.Any body using the dns in this forum.please reply
3.will i get any billing from open dns site
4.will there be any other prob

You will have no problems as a result of using openDNS. Ultimately, did your problem regarding slow loading of websites get solved?
