I recently bought a Asus RT-N13U router to use it with my BSNL Utstarcom modem.

DNS setting is set to auto(218.248.255.147,218.248.255.146)
Some websites are giving DNS timeout error via the router which when I connected my modem opened instantly.
Can someone please tell me how to resolve this issue.:(

Tcp /udp ports open I guess? Check a open port on net to identify which ports are blocked

Open DNS IPs are 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220

Still the same problem. Some websites just give dns timeout error. They are opening fine with the direct modem connection. Tried resetting the router, still the same.. Any ideas??

For example, the asus page keeps on loading forever. This is happening with many sites via the router. I am running on stock asus firmware 2.0.2.0 that came with the router
