I c lots of difference, maybe u jst compared race driver Grid. GTS 250 is a 4850 killer! (Obviuosly this dsnt mean 1 shud upgrade 4850 into this. tht wud be insane..............GTX 260 has taken that upgrade spot)

I think i'll do that :) i.e upgrading from 4850 to 250

(gettin a tri-SLI mobo soon...)
 
A GTS 250 wins hands down in 80% cases against 4850..the link which phoenix gave has some wrong values(because gts 250 had lower values than 9800gtx+) also the 4850 featured was a TOP(oc) edition..
