iOS do I able to update iPad Air with IOS 9 when it get available?

Right now I m using IOS 8 in my iPad Air and when I tried to check for latest update it shows no update available. So when iOS 9 will be available for iPad Air.?

It is already available for all devices running ios 8, check again apple servers must be busy at that time.
