Hello,

I am currently playing games on my E8200 2.66 stock (on EP45-UD3R) with stock cooler.

Current Temps are,

Idle: CPU - 24-26, Core - 37 - 38

Max Load: which means gaming(no benching)

CPU - 48-50, Core - 55 - 58

In case of Max load my mobo OC my CPU to 3.2, so these load temps are at 3.2 Ghz.

I know temps are not very high but does buying a CPU cooler will do any good, I thought of getting one to further add to OC the CPU, but considering I have generic transcend RAM, I dropped the idea as it might not help at all.

(Asking as I have not spend anything on hardware for past 6 months :p)

care to give a reason why it would?

@OP
If you have money to blow, save it. Get a better GPU once you have enough saved up.

Those temps are fine,i dont see the need for a cooler unless you want to overvolt to get higher oc,but those rams might hold you back.
