IMO, It's not to hide the price from the buyer but rather his competitor who will try to come up with a better price from his distributor.
 
Distributor is only 1 Person Tirupati in India so if he gives a price to me then he'll give the same to every dealer out here.

Its actually kinda not showign my competitor at wat price i am selling

But u guys please i request you to ask every dealer here and then buy from the person u get better price or service watver u want afterall buying ur decision na and how to sell is the sellers choice
