Looking for HDFC Infinia Card to purchase ₹6000 Amazon gift card through GYFTR. (No more than ₹6000)
How will you benefit from this ? Cost is 6088.8/ with additional 1000 reward points
So you would be expecting another 600-650 amazon Gift card worth 1000 points or convert to cash worth 300 bucks
Is it so ? I have actually not understood this transaction
So you pay 6088 and get 6000+ 650 or 6000+300

I have purchased few gift cards using Millenia CC, so I know the 'net effective price' is what you pay. See the screenshots, it looks like I am saving ₹975. So, I pay ₹5025 to card owner and receive ₹6000 voucher. Even 10% cashack on Amazon on ₹6000 gives only ₹600 off.

(If you know hold Infinia and know better and I'm calculating wrong, pls feel free to correct me)

If you see points its just plain number. If you see value of reward points, its 825. So, I am sure those reward points are indirect rupees, meaning 1Rp=1Re while booking flights/hotels through Infinia card.

Infinis has a monthly bonus rp capping of 15000 points why would an Infinia user waste his monthly bonus points quota on this?
