Does anybody have any details about delhivery customer support.

Recently ordered something online and the seller used delhivery as courier service. The order was to be delivered today but it got delayed. I checked it's status and on shiprocket its showing that the shipper has changed package details. When I try to raise a ticket on delhivery app for delay it shows that the package is pending pickup even though the package is in transit and has reached a hub in an adjoining state. I am unable to contact support or raise any ticket. There is no customer support contact I could find. Has someone faced this issue before. What should I do now as I have to travel for the next couple of days.

some different issue with Shdowfax...

Shadowfax guy2 times, in 15 days, ask OTP to reschedule parcel delivery as he had heavy number of parcels and I gave him OTP (as OTP too arrive with details that it will be use for Re-schedule), but as soon as OTP share for Re-schedule, I got auto message that parcel return back as no one available at address to accept delivery.... for 3rd time too they did same but this time I didn't heed any attention to plead of delivery guy for re-schedule delivery and refuse to share OTP and within 24 hrs. got parcel delivered at my address.

You should raise the issue with ShipRocket not Delhivery, as Shiprocket is the middle man here, and tracking should be with Shiprocket itself.

Either shiprocket or delhivery it does not matter. Both of them are reckless and don't answer to calls either to support numbers or franchise numbers.
But they give upto date details of whether they will pick up or drop or not by sending text messages to sender and buyer also.
Delhivery is late to respond for pickup or delivery but they complete the task lately.
Both show very cheap rates to any pincode compared with any other courier services.
Here shiprocket is the service provider platform while delhivery does the service.
You should have used it directly using delhivery app.

Delhivery used to have customer care, but it has been quite sometime since they have removed all customer care number as well as e-mail.
Their user complaints are too much and the local franchise also are overloaded.
Usually, if I am expecting multiple packages from a particular courier I take the number for the local distributor and I can reach out to them to get better updates.
Note it depends if the person is still working from that distribution center so take this advice with a grain of salt.

I have no issue with late delivery just I wont be available for the next couple of days to pick it up and test myself. Also the discrepancy between shiprocket and delhivery status caused a bit of worry to me.

You have to keep connecting with Shiprocket customer care even though they are absolutely hopeless and will keep repeating the tracking details and saying that they have reached out to the courier.
