Recently ordered something online and the seller used delhivery as courier service. The order was to be delivered today but it got delayed. I checked it's status and on shiprocket its showing that the shipper has changed package details. When I try to raise a ticket on delhivery app for delay it shows that the package is pending pickup even though the package is in transit and has reached a hub in an adjoining state. I am unable to contact support or raise any ticket. There is no customer support contact I could find. Has someone faced this issue before. What should I do now as I have to travel for the next couple of days.
