Im planning to connect a Creative T616 5.1 system to a TV with optical out (no analog output) for a friend without spending a lot. I cant find any cheaper alternative to this DAC.
My question is has anyone used this and got true 5.1 (no crosstalk - complete channel separation)?
Also suggestions for any cheap alternatives are welcome. Im looking for true 5.1 DAC not stereo.
