Storage Solutions Does Seagate offer door to door RMA service ?

I have heard that seagate is offering door to door service--pickup n delivery of hard disk drives (after-sales support and service) same like its opponent WD.

So how to avail this service? Is their any online RMA facility like WD or shall we call any hotline no.!

I have a 2 yr old ST160gb sata drive making noise and having some bad sectors and needs to be replaced urgently.

Pls let me know the procedure for the same.
 
U can raise a RMA request on 1800 425 45 35.
Or alternatively call local Accel Frontline center.

And yes they provide door service, so just need to call and log a call.
Will take 7-10 days for getting back the HDD.
 
on site warranty is available only to locations which have no Seagate service center in 50km radius.
