1 :When The Rates Go Up The Distributors Jack Them Up ASAP And We Are Forced To Follow ,We Cannot Do Anything ,Like Today The WDC 250GB aajs Is Selling Me Me @ 2200 And I Am Selling At More Expensive Rate Then this ,This Cannot Be Helped .
2 :Lets Assume That We Have Stocks of a Perticular Product and want to sell that ,As soon as the rates goes up with distributors we also jack it up to cover our losses .OK Now the point is what losses are we talking out .Well here it goes
3 :When we buy things we are not given price protection only distributors are ,Means that if i have Stock of 4870 X 5 NOs @ assume 17500 And Ati Decreases the rates and Then The Distributor Sells @ 12500/- We Get a Loss of 5000 On That Card each .The Distributor Is Protected But We Are Not ,this is the Issue in Reselling .Now when the rates of dollar are up and we like to jack prices up then also we cannot cover the entire losses we made .

my concern or point to wonder about is this.....as a reseller you dont have things to be ordered for everything....for example u have old stuff in stock always....so if the $ goes up....the prices are jacked up even for the stuff that was bought when the $ was low......
now other senario....say price of hdd is 2200 buks, your buying price is 2000 say.....tomorrow $ drops , the price will still be 2k only , dealers / resellers dont react to drop in $ prices at all...
