Domain Registration queries

Is bigrock.in reliable? A friend of mine is looking to get a domain name registered for 3 years ( wants to avoid the renewal process for sometime), bigrock.in was charging quite less then both godady and networksolutions.
Any suggestions?

I currently have Domain Names Registered with them.. Bigrock support is Lazy, Live chat is for New customers.. Toll Free 1800 Support is For New customers..
They Care for New Customers.. After sales Support is awful.

I am planning to move my 3 Domain Names to Godaddy.

Well better deal with GD you will lot's of coupon on internet even they have offers for $0.99 for new domain registration per for first year later u can renew with $7.49 coupon I have been using them from past 5+ years no issue's till now

Thanks for the feedback guys. We went with networksolutions $0.50 offer, from the feedback I got would ask him to get it transferred to GD at the time of renewal.
