Is the SP3 also for Xp64 bit version or just the 32 bit one?

Should be 32 bit only. The x64 version will get a service pack whenever Server 2k3 does. But frankly, if 2k3 has a feature, XP x64 probably has it anyway... so the SP3 would not have any relevance anyway.
