DTDC Shipment not tracking online

I had shipped one package to a fellow guy in TE only, shipped the package on Friday night approx 6.30pm :(

When i tried to track it online yesterday night, its showing nothing :(

Can anyone please clarify how much time does it take for the DTDC tracking to go online, i am really worried about the package :)

Normally DTDC packages (Plus and Blue in particular) get uploaded on the site the same night of delivery. Based on your location it can be as early as 8 PM or as late as 2 AM. However, due to the nature of the package - refund if delayed - they sometimes forward the shipment without updating the details if they are short of time. In such a case the site may get updated as late as after receipt. Your best bet is to call the DTDC office at your location which works on a Sunday (DTDC owned franchisees do).
 
Sorry for the OT: But I recently booked a package with guranteed one day delivery ( dtdc plus) and it took 2 days, should i ask them for re

IT was actually..shipped it Thursday and it reached Saturday instead of Friday...and the entire ordeal became troublesome ..will go and ask them for money back..
 
The update mechanism is arbitrary and weird. I have received packages at times, and the tracking number was never active on the portal.
