DTH Providers Retention plans

I stopped recharging and my TataSky connection got disconnected. Don't know what to do with all the spare time time now. Guess I was addicted to TV.

which shows you watched on TV ?
you can always have an option of streamed content on youtube or their likes.
 
I used to watch Kings of Restoration & Pawn Stars. Also Dynamo, World from Above, Shoreline, Street magic, among a few.

Edit: they sent me a msg on phone saying that my connection was disconnected but I can still watch TV with a minor annoyance though. Every time I change the channel I get a payment due notice in middle of screen that does not go away for a minute. It even comes on top of recorded serials in between while watching them. Quite annoying imo.

Dishtv used to give a bsod with their number in center saying, call the number to reactivate. After calling the number, the cc used to put you on hold for minutes. Lol.

TataSky disabled my stb completely today. Can't even watch old recorded programs stored in the dvr. Also sound was disabled. I can see only 100&101 channels and browse recorded programs. When I click on watch, it gives card disabled error. :mad:
What's wrong if I watch old series I recorded more than a year back? Stingy makhi choos company.

Got a Good Discount on South Sports Special Pack for one year. I Wont mention the amount, as it poses a threat to discount benefiter.

just do normal topup and still you will get your old package that you were using.Few days back after 2yrs just for sake i called airtel for dish relocation i was hoping that my account would have been blocked by now but to my surprise it didnt, engineer came next day and fixed the dish after getting signal i just normal topup of 250rs and within 2-3 mins channel came and old pack activated plus i was getting some new channels too which were not before in the pack(package name- South value plus)
I logged in my airtel account and checked packages and found no other plan compared to it most near to it was at 330rs.
So pretty happy with it.
