Gigabyte board
4GB ram
and 300 GB HDD
i can add a new psu and cabinet and give the whole thing for 14k
Let me know if u are interested i can probably get a cheap 20 inch 720p monitor also along with for like 4.5k
 
Got cpu,mobo,hdd from techsallu. Only looking for low powered psu now. And a 17-19 inch or so lcd monitor nothing pricey.
