Kindly suggest me a cheap mobile with the below features

Budget - 4K to 7K
Camera required

Preferred operating system -Android

Preferred connectivity options - 3G, Wifi

Dual Sim

Well mate i am too seraching for it . if donot want micromax / spice then close to your range comes samsung`s y duos and y pro duos but both cost nearly 8.5k . i donot know about nokia , but samsung is best in dual sim

Thanks for the updates guys.. Are OS updates (In this case Android) available in regular for Spice , Micromax and Karbonn mobiles? are they upgradable to new versions?
