Am buying a burner after 2 days ,, donno which 1 to go for am unsure I have Sata ports on my old Giga 845 GVM-RZ :rofl: so tell me which 1

• IDE
• SATA

which brand/cost and model number ?

na u dont have sata ports. can get the lg h42N. or the a benq

Benq 1655 from TechZone! IDE, costs about 1.8k, soulfire got one recently, its OEM, but the best burn quality bar NONE!

Asus 1608P3S is a good one, Me using it for past 3 or 4 months Its IDE. Crossflashed it to Pioneer DVR-111L.

i hv been using LG for a long time now. no prob at all!

+1 for LG. i hv been using one(h42n) for more than 6months now. No issues so far. But, it does not support disk quality scanning.if you need burn quality scanning, get the BenQ/Lite-On.
