DVD Player needed for Plasma TV

You mean diff between avivo and Purevideo, or between avivo/purevideo and DVD player? :P
The first doesnt apply, as you can have either, but not both :P Anyways, the jury is still out on that.
For the second, well, on my "Akai TV!", with cheap composite cable, theres not any noticible diff with any player :P
 
what i meant was difference between avivo or purevideo based cards and the older cards without either of these technologies. I know you can make out the difference on plasma's and lcd's but on regular crt's is there a great difference ? ... Hope u understand wt i'm saying
 
Ok, I have a query.....

Say I have a good system with a 7600 GT .....

Now how do I connect my plasma TV to my comp ??

And will this system give me better output than those Denon DVD players which upscale regular DVD to 1080i or 1080p ???
 
You can connect it to your comp by using VIVO cables if your card has VIVO

thats how I connect ma computer to lcd tv
