CPU/Mobo E6300 Dual Core noob-Cpu temp's

Hi there well i assembled a E6300 machine today well everythings going stable as of now ,but i am worried about the cpu temps .Iam posting a screenshot of everest which shows the individual cores at around 55C each and the cpu temp at 48C just wanted to confirm if these are the normal temps or should i be worried.
(my room is a non ac room)

ok well i tried reseating the HSF today and now here are the temps Everest shows
all these are idle temps the ones i posted before also are idle temps



came 10c straight down ,under load i.e when i use super pi the temps go around 50.
Hope these are the usual temps
 
try refitting the heat sink. I and many others had the same problem. I used to get 70 deg. After I refitted it it came down to about 36 deg. You need to apply pressure while fitting it.
 
ok well i finally went up to a professional pc assembler
he went through the whole system again rather reassembled the machine
he did say that the heatsink was not properly placed onto the cpu
the temps still remain the same now (the temps i posted the 2nd time) so iam considering these as regular temps now
