Yea didn't notice that, Q807 ftw , almost all Q807 I have seen has hit 4ghz at 1.2v, you should try it out.

I am using a Thermalright Ultima 90I for cooling.

The safe limit for 45nm chips (24/7 operation) is ~1.36v. You're asking for trouble with anything over 1.4v.

See what my STOOPID Intel DP35DP MoBo does to my e7200 speeds - it UNDERCLOCKS it to 1600mhz, and there is nothing I have been able to do to make the speed come up to stock for more than a couple of seconds at a time. I am going to change to another MoBo soon !! VERY SOON !!

Those batches are quite old...in fact all batches of E7200 are usually Q8xxxx

If there were any options in the BIOS I would try them out, the BIOS has an option for setting ram timings and the MoBo becomes a paper weight if I change even one setting. No options in BIOS for changing anything else.

I have G Skill 4-4-3-5 ram and the MoBo will run these ONLY at 5-5-5-15 !!

I am now looking to replace this MoBo as soon as I can, how is the ASUS Maximus Formula ?

I DO NOT WANT A DOUBLE BOOTING ABIT MOBO AGAIN !!!

The ASUS Maximus Formula is a X38 chipset board, thats why I am looking at it, the ABIT ix38 has the double boot problem. The major problem with the Maximus Formula as far as I can see is the ASS of Rashi.

Intel have mentioned the speed limitations of this board in the manual so I will not get a solution from them.
