its not about being better.
the fact is E0 steppings OC better than C0 steppings.
I've used both C0 & E0 and the C0 did 4GHz (stable @ 1.42v) and the E0 did 4GHz (stable @ 1.32v).the highes the E0 did for me was 4.4GHz (had hit a fsb wall after this).
If u dont plan to oc then both C0 & E0 wud perform the same.
