Earphones for defy :)

I recently got a motorola defy .. stock earphones suck as expected .. suggest me gud earphones

preferences : bass , noise isolation should be gud , normal straight plug and play in ears type ( not around the ear or over the ear type )

will be listening mostly bollywood and few english hip hops

ps : if earphones are with mic then its icing on the cake

BUDGET : 2 - 3k can be stretched for 3.5k if its really worthy
