easy to use cam phone between 6k - 10k

hi friends, I need to buy a cell phone for my mom, needless to say that it shouldnt be a complicated android device, there is almost no need for emails and facebook and other applications, a simple phone is required within a budget of 6k-10k, what is needed is a good camera in the phone and if possible it should be able to play divx/xvid avi, good screen size/quality is also a plus but not a must.

as of camera and your requirement, why not check out vivaz... or old nokia n82 or n85 or even n95

~8k after discount. Decent looking SE slider with a excellent 5MP camera with dedicated camera button. Screen is also a 2.6". Audio quality is also fantastic.

Best camera and audio phone in that budget.

Above 10k is pretty hard to find any non-touch phones except BB and Nokia E series. Not worth it IMO. For camera the Hazel is an excellent option.
