ebay.com issue , please help !
seller failed to deliver an item , i went to resolution center to claim that the item was not received , but it said me to wait till 28th may and today is 31st may , and now the seller is asking for me wait for another 6 days and thats till 5th june .
i want to know whether i can open refund request after 5th june or so , whats the deadline to claim for refund if the item is not delivered within given time ?

Did you ask the seller the reason for taking this long?
You should open a refund claim if not received by 5th. I believe claims have to be set within 45 days of the date of purchase.

thanks for the suggestion guys , he has refunded 75% of the amount because the parcel was lost in the transist

You can open a PayPal dispute within 45 days after the transaction.
