Two of my orders never got delivered, opened a refund request after delivery date, fought for 10 days and refund initiated for one of them yesterday, still not for the other one. The service is suddenly going bad.

^ a freind of mine a TE member itself had ordered a thing worth 1800 from GEB , its been more than 1.5 months , still no signs of refund or the product, everytime he asks them regarding refund, they just give a automated response that it will take max of 24-72 hrs , it has been happening since past 15 days , dont know wat to do , why are they not refunding when the seller is gven 5 days to appeal against the refund request , it has been 15 days past that day , nothing happening

indian ones cost around 1.5k and GEB 1k. so there's a difference of 30% in pricing.

I ordered a BB 8820 on 11th sept, they were supposed to ship it b4 21st, i called I2c world Mumbai office and they told me they couldnt buy as the listing had ended. I then called ebay and told them, they asked me to raise the issue after 6th oct.

Guess i ll miss out on the GEB 15% off coupon too as i cant buy another phone till this is resolved
